- On your infrastructure if you have one (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-prem). Otherwise private cloud with the provider you already use. Public ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini endpoints are never used for proprietary data.
- How do you prevent hallucinations and unsafe outputs?
- Three layers: (1) a pre-trained evaluation model that scores outputs, (2) a hard guardrail layer that blocks unsafe classes of output, (3) a continuous evaluation harness that catches drift. The whole thing is auditable.
