The pricing for our services will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon in writing.
4. Project Timeline
DK Solutions will provide an estimated project timeline based on the scope of work. While we strive to meet all deadlines, certain factors may impact the timeline. Delays caused by the client, third parties, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the project schedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback required for the project. Delays or changes caused by incomplete or delayed client inputs may impact project deadlines and costs.
6. Revisions and Changes
We aim to ensure your satisfaction. A specified number of revisions will be included in the project scope. Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the scope may incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final approved work. DK Solutions may retain the right to display and promote the work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.
8. Confidentiality
DK Solutions will treat all information provided by the client as confidential. We will not share or disclose any sensitive information without explicit consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project or services by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be payable.
10. Limitation of Liability
DK Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from errors, omissions, or delays in the project or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
12. Amendments
DK Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By proceeding with any project or services with DK Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
